We are not a big tech company. We are two people from Fredericton who got tired of dealing with fake listings, unresponsive landlords, and a rental system that does not work for anyone. So we decided to build something better.

Founder & CEO
Rishabh handles the software and the day to day at NestEazy. He has a background in software development and DevOps, with a few startups behind him. He started NestEazy after one too many fake listings and landlords who never wrote back, and he wants to grow it from the local market across Atlantic Canada without losing what makes it feel local.
James Eze
Co-Founder & CTO
James is a data engineer and leads the app's design and backend. He came to Fredericton as a newcomer and saw first-hand how the rental system works against people who are just trying to find a home. That is what he builds against: a platform that matches you on who you actually are, not just your credit score.
Why we are building NestEazy
We have been on the other side of this. We have scrolled through hundreds of listings only to find out most are fake. We have shown up to viewings where the place looks nothing like the photos. We have sent dozens of messages and never heard back.
New Brunswick is our home and we care about the people who live here. We believe renters deserve verified listings, honest information, and a process that respects their time. We believe landlords deserve qualified tenants who actually fit their property. NestEazy is the app we wished existed when we were looking for our first apartment. Now we are building it for everyone.
